Sherry Gallas Rosenberg, Owner/Designer

From careers in marketing, importing and product development, Sherry has zig zagged her way into the world of Interior Design. After spending 10 years at Target sourcing and importing product internationally, she took time off to raise her family and get her Interior Design degree. In 2017, Sherry founded Gallas Design under the premise that while history defines us, our future is wide open for change. The idea of the past melding with the future is central to Sherry's design sensibility; she effortlessly fuses vintage and modern pieces to create unique and highly personalized spaces for her clients.

Well versed in the practical matters of business, Sherry combines her love of the artistic process with the realities of budgets and schedule management, thereby ensuring peace of mind for her clients that their projects will come in on budget and on time. 

Sherry's love of humor, art, and spacial planning is infused in her design. As a true aficionado of mid-century design, she would put a hanging bubble chair in every space if she could. Sherry is also board member of Docomomo, a non-profit group that advocates for the documentation and preservation of modern architecture.

She lives with her husband and four kids in a mid-century rambler in Golden Valley.
